Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times below are counted from the day your order ships.

• United Kingdom — Standard (5–10 working days): $3.95, free on orders over $80. Express (5–7 working days): $24.50.
• European Union — Standard (5–10 working days): $5.99, free on orders over $80. Express (5–7 working days): $24.50.
• USA & Canada — Standard (5–10 working days): $5.99, free on orders over $80. Express (5–7 working days): $24.50.
• Australia — Standard (5–10 working days): $5.99, free on orders over $80. Express (5–7 working days): $24.50.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit Track Your Order with your order number and email address.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email info@zhongyapet.com with your order number and photos (for damage) and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships.
